OK, here is the deal, it worked for me, but only after trying a few steps in conjunction with the steps above.

Here is what i did, I took my SIM out of my iPhone and inserted it into my older GSM phone and sent myself a few MMS messages. I then took my SIM out of my GSM phone and inserted it back into my iPhone. That's all I did and it worked for me.

I got it to work just fine. I did have a few problems though. At first, the run command wouldn't work like some other people but I fixed that by clicking "browse" in the run program and then following the above command all the way to the iTunes.exe and then pasting on the rest of the command. After i got the MMS enabled on the phone, it always hung at the end when trying to send, but I did what alexanderbrook said and stuck my SIM card into my friends older phone, sent a few pictures, and then inserted the SIM back into the iPhone. Everything works as it should now. Hope this helps some people with problems

    Sounds great CWD!

I am glad to hear that the additional steps works, I hope it works for others as well.

This tutorial is INSANE! Very poorly written with syntax errors and lacking in detail. DO NOT attempt this process. Too much voodoo. Even those who respond by saying it worked for them are unable to articulate clearly what they did. You're just asking for trouble if you try to follow this half-ass tutorial.

I was trying to ignore wfullers's comments, but I couldn't resist.

I only have one word, IDIOT!

Also, maybe he or she should download the iPhone app "The Idiot Test".
